Glorious @Alpha Two testers, all realms are now back up!

We have rolled back the update from earlier today with changes to artisanship consumables and service building buffs. We have not rolled back any character progress from today. Artisanship buffs from Settlement boons have been temporarily disabled again. We will have more testing of any artisanship changes, before they're ready for Alpha Two realms. Thank you again for everyone's patience today, and we appreciate everyone that's joining us for testing as we go into the weekend. As a reminder, please report any bugs and issues to us in-game using /bug
